Florence Township requires background checks for all coaches. The application form can be found on the township website.

Long baseball pants or shorts? You have options but must follow safety and uniformity requirements. Check the uniform rules that went into effect starting with the 2005 season.

All volunteers need to complete Volunteer Application for 2008 and turn it in to the league president.

Each team must complete & submit to Lou Sovak, a copy of their team roster. Use this blank form (updated 4/11/08).

Coaches, play it safe. Have a completed copy of the Little League Medical Release Form on hand for everyone on your roster. It's a good way of keeping track of medical information for each of your players. Make sure you are aware of your players' primary physicians, allergies and any other medical conditions.

Injuries must be documented and submitted immediately following any significant incident. There are two forms which need to be completed. One is our Township's Form (Word or PDF) and the other is a Little League Form (PDF)
